Minneapolis, Minnesota — Once again, we regret to inform our viewers that kids. presented by EpixHDTV’s YouTube Channel has been wrongfully terminated. We are working behind the scenes to try our best at getting the channel back once again.
According to another email from the YouTube team, our channel was taken down and terminated due to “spam, deceptive practices, and scam policy”.
We reject the idea that kids, presented by EpixHDTV would engage in so-called “spam, deceptive practices, and scam” as kids. presented by EpixHDTV barely has any videos posted, and we now think that there is a possibility of malicious intent behind the termination of our channels, with What’s Up? by EpixHDTV being terminated throughout yesterday.
Once again, the EpixHDTV Team which operates channels such as kids. presented by EpixHDTV and What’s Up? by EpixHDTV would never do anything that would violate YouTube’s Community Guidelines. That goes against what we stand for.
We demand that the YouTube Team stops this censorship and allow the EpixHDTV Team to continue posting content on their channels without the channels getting wrongfully terminated. If this is a mistake on YouTube’s end, we urge the YouTube Team to make adjustments to make sure this does not happen in the future.

UPDATE NEXT DAY 7:00AM: We’re happy to announce YouTube has reinstated kids. presented by EpixHDTV’s YouTube Channel. We are yet to know the reasoning for the second termination of one of our channels, and we call on YouTube for the second time to ensure this does not happen to an EpixHDTV–affiliated channel again.
